If you wish to book a solicitor to work on your matter, please read below for the steps involved.
SELECT THE AREA OF LAW
On the right hand side of this page, select the area of law applicable to your matter.
CHECK IF SERVICE YOU REQUIRE IS OFFERED AT A FIXED PRICE
All fixed price services have a yellow background. If your service is there, click on the 'more' button and follow the instructions.
WHERE YOUR SERVICE IS NOT OFFERED AT A FIXED PRICE
If the service you require is not offered at a fixed price, scroll further down the page taking particular note of the hourly fees and cancellation policy.
PAY A DEPOSIT ONLINE OR ON THE TELEPHONE
In order to verify your commitment we ask you to pay a deposit of £75 when you book a solicitor. This sum is deducted from your final bill. The deposit can be paid online or by calling our helpdesk during business hours.
TALK TO THE SOLICITOR APPOINTED
Once the booking process is complete, one of the law firms on our panel will contact you to discuss the issues and costs involved. Contact is usually made the same day but in any case within 1 working day.
DECIDE WHETHER YOU WANT TO CONTINUE OR TO CANCEL
If, on the day that contact is made with the solicitors' firm , you decide that you are not happy to engage them on your matter, you should contact us that same day to cancel the service and we will refund your deposit immediately. Otherwise the solicitor will begin working on your matter and you will enjoy all the rights and safeguards of a solicitor/client relationship.
